Overview: Subject to these Terms, Tiltables gives you permission to use the Services. If you provide feedback regarding the Services, we may use that feedback without obligation to you.

B. Content and Outputs

Limitations of Outputs: It is your responsibility to evaluate whether AI-generated Outputs are appropriate for your use case, including where human review is appropriate. Factual assertions in Outputs should not be relied upon without independently checking their accuracy, as they may be false, incomplete, or misleading.

C. Trust and Safety; Restrictions

You may not and must not attempt to:

• Access the Services to build a competing product or service, including to train competing AI models.
• Reverse engineer or duplicate the Services.
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable data privacy laws.

D. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to any portion or all of the Services if we reasonably believe you are using the Services in violation of our Compliance or Use Restrictions, or if required by applicable law.

E. Indemnification & Liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
